Florence Roche Elementary School in Groton, MA is a new K-4 school building designed by Studio G Architects. In this short film, the project’s construction partners — the Town of Groton School Manager, School Building Committee, LeftField Project Management, and Gilbane, Inc. — share how close collaboration between owner, architect, contractor, and OPM shaped a school designed for every learner.
Florence Roche Elementary School was developed through the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) grant program, bringing together the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District, Studio G Architects, LeftField Project Management, and Gilbane, Inc. in a partnership built on transparency, shared problem-solving, and a commitment to sustainable, community-centered design.
