Gail spoke with Zachary Phillips of Construction Dive to talk about how she got started in her career and how her original goals still apply to Studio G Architects’ mission today. Though she has seen changes for the better regarding women in the construction industry, she still wishes there were more women on construction sites.
Gail’s advice for young women considering going into construction?
“Do it,” she said. “Women can be highly successful in all of the construction fields. You have to find your support group…having peer support, whether it’s exactly in your industry or across industries, I think is really important.”
