“Every project starts from a place of caring about somebody or something. My role is to help clients uncover the hidden gems in their projects and align it with real aspirations.”

Rashmi is a Senior Project Manager and Architect, with nearly 30 years of experience in community-based design, master planning, housing, and the public realm. Her background spans professional practice, teaching, nonprofit collaboration, and applied research.

She helps clients navigate constraints – regulatory, social, spatial, and political- while keeping projects grounded, buildable, and responsive to real communities. Rashmi excels at translating goals into clear strategies, aligning stakeholders, unlocking a project’s potential, and shaping designs solutions that balance aspiration, feasibility, and impact.

As a collaborative, structured, and transparent person, Rashmi listens closely to clients and stakeholders, asks the right questions early, and uses design thinking, analysis, and facilitation to move projects forward with clarity. Clients are treated as partners, and Rashmi supports informed decision-making at every stage.

Rashmi believes that design is a civic act, and that good architecture strengthens communities, clarifies choices, and creates lasting value through thoughtful engagement.
