Since joining Studio G as Controller in 2016, Paula has managed all of the firm’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy and clarity in the firm’s daily and monthly accounting. She is a crucial member of Studio G’s senior leadership team with over 25 years of senior financial experience across diverse industries, including custom publishing, cross-cultural consulting, and non-profit organizations.
Paula oversees the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing vital insights that support Studio G’s strategic planning. In addition to her financial responsibilities, she leads HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, and benefits management. Her collaborative work with senior leadership and her interface with outside vendors and consultants contribute to Studio G’s smooth operational flow and strong organizational health.
