Patricia brings more than fifteen years of office management and accounting experience to her role as Bookkeeper and Office Manager at Studio G Architects — along with something less common: a background in social work. That foundation shapes how she approaches her work, listening well, fostering teamwork, and making sure the people around her have what they need to do their best.
Day to day, Patricia keeps the firm’s financial and operational infrastructure running. She supports accounts receivable and payable, payroll, expense reporting, and annual tax preparation — bringing accuracy and follow-through to the financial work that keeps the firm on a solid footing. She manages the full scope of office operations: vendor relationships, facility and equipment maintenance, staff onboarding, and coordinating firm-wide events.
